Thrilled to paint in the beautiful garden of this Sanctuary House. The music, the food, the waterfall, the sunshine...and most of all the beautiful friendship and sharing of community, brought this painting to life! The prompt was "Nourish" - "What nourishes your soul?" Many sweet kids enjoyed their time making marks and adding color to the "compost". I was surprised to see this figure emerge carrying an amphora jug. Not surprised she is dancing and swaying - great music all day here!

Painting in the gallery space surrounded by sunshine and my art was a dream come true! This painting isn't done yet, but it certainly has a story to tell!

This is "Patience". The underpainting included words of intention from the attendees of this party. They included "Love", "Growth", "Family", "Hope" and "Patience". This pregnant Mama, and bird nesting, chrysallis, portal, birthing stars, acorn and vines all add to the potency of this painting. So many stories!
